Shipping Policy:
At checkout you choose your Country, State or Province and our shopping cart system
calculates the shipping costs. We use Canada Post air mail which
takes approximately 6-8 business days within Canada and the United States.
Shoes are shipped directly from the warehouse in California by UPS ground shipping.
The billing address and shipping address must match for all footwear orders. Delivery time within the United States and Canada is approximately 6-15 business days.
We do not ship shoes or boots outside of the United States and Canada at this time.
Customs:
You may be subject to duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary in different countries so please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of the fees. Avental Kitchenware is not responsible for any customs fees.
Returns:
We stand by all our products and trust that you will be pleased with everything you purchase from us. However if you are not completely satisfied you can return any unused item following the terms provided.
